Linguistic Learning Trips
Combine tourism with daily English coaching. Choose a destination to see a sample itinerary (7, 10, 14, or 21 days) and request custom dates for 2026.
Capacity: max 10 participants per departure. Once a trip is full, alternative dates will be offered.
What every 2026 trip includes
- Round-trip flights, 4★ accommodations, breakfasts, and all local transportation.
- Certified ESL lead with the cohort 8–10 hours per day plus 2–3 hour workshops woven into the itinerary.
- Select excursions and admissions tied to each destination’s learning goals.
- Daily language labs (2–3 hours) with pronunciation, grammar, and industry-specific drills.
Exams, compliance & extras
- Online placement before departure plus a government-certified exam after the trip.
- Eligible for Bildungsurlaub (DE) — documentation supplied after you inquire.
- Max 10 participants; alternative dates released when a cohort fills.
- Travel health & liability insurance is purchased separately; we guide you through approved providers.
Bildungsurlaub toolkit
German citizens can leverage Bildungsurlaub through JB Linguistics — details follow your inquiry.
- Confirm your Bundesland regulations and select a 2026 departure date.
- Download the official application, add JB Linguistics LLC program details, and attach the preliminary itinerary we send you.
- Submit the packet to your employer or authority and share the approval with JB so we can finalize contracts and billing splits.

Germany — Bildungsurlaub
JB Linguistics is an authorized Bildungsurlaub course provider (final listings pending for select Bundesländer in 2026). We deliver the Antrag, curriculum outline, attendance records, and split invoicing.

Pricing is always customized, but every cohort signs a transparent agreement. Use the outline below to brief legal, HR, or procurement before we draft the final document.
Parties & scope
JB Linguistics LLC (language provider) delivers a custom itinerary, curriculum, and facilitation for the client organization named in the statement of work.
Services
Daily coaching (2–3 hrs), travel chaperoning, placement/exit assessments, and post-trip reporting are included. Learning materials remain virtual and free of charge.
Travel & lodging
JB Linguistics secures flights, accommodations, breakfasts, and ground transport for up to 10 travelers; upgrades or add-ons are billed separately with client approval.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is tailored per cohort and outlined in an attached schedule. 40% deposit at signature, 60% due 14 days prior to departure unless otherwise negotiated.
Changes & cancellation
Date moves requested ≥45 days prior incur no penalty; 15–44 days incur 25%; <15 days incur vendor costs already committed. Force majeure clauses protect both parties.
Insurance & compliance
Participants purchase travel medical plus liability insurance from approved providers. JB Linguistics supplies Bildungsurlaub paperwork and country-specific compliance docs.
Confidentiality & security
All facilitators operate under NDA and German government-grade security practices; sensitive briefings can be delivered virtually before or after travel days.
Signatures
Each agreement includes signature blocks for JB Linguistics LLC and the client organization plus optional HR/Works Council acknowledgement.
